Salary
Employees will receive a monthly salary as specified in their employment contract. Salaries are paid on the last working day of each month and are subject to statutory deductions, including taxes and social security contributions (RSSB).
Overtime
Overtime is defined as hours in excess of nine (9) hours work per day or forty (45) hours per week. The overtime work shall be declared by completing a relevant form of overtime and have it signed by all parties concerned.
Payment for overtime is not allowed. It is required for Health post employees to rest for a period equal to his/her overtime worked, before a month from the day the overtime was declared and approved. After this period of a month, the employee will automatically lose his/her overtime. The overtime accumulated cannot exceed thirty-two hours per month.

Salary Advances
Salary advances may be requested in cases of emergency and are subject to approval by the Head Nurse. Approved advances will be deducted from the following month’s salary.
