Voluntary Resignation
- Employees who wish to resign are required to provide at least one month’s notice in writing.
Involuntary Termination
- The Health Post Responsible Nurse reserves the right to terminate employment for reasons including, but not limited to, misconduct, poor performance, redundancy, or breach of contract.
- Before terminating an employee, the Health post responsible nurse is required to provide at least one month’s notice in writing after having issued to the employee at least one verbal warning and one written warning within the previous months.
