Employment Policies

All employers at the Health post level are encouraged to ensure that their employees sign a formal employment contract before commencing their duties. The contract outlines the terms and conditions of employment, as determined by the Ministerial order Nº 007/19.20 of 17/03/2020 determining core elements of a written employment contract.

Employment contracts are renewed based on good performance following successful  evaluations as well as the operational needs at the Health Post.
